Casper is a Dutch national who grew up internationally before settling in New Zealand. With a background in horticulture and IT, he brings a scientific, data-driven approach to high-performance building. Since 2010, he’s been passionate about passive house design, now living in his second high-performance home in Raglan, built using ICF block and a sophisticated ventilation system for comfort and efficiency.
